We have created a structure that allows you to book 25, 50 and 80-minute sessions that gives you access to our Sauna, Ice Baths and Light Therapy room, as well as our Japanese-inspired zen courtyard. Unlike other establishments, you will have access to the space alongside other members, with the intention of creating a welcoming environment for you to interact with the Genki community.

At Genki we are bringing a new way of experiencing wellness therapies that honours the old (or traditional) way. Modelled on traditional Japanese onsen and Scandinavian sauna houses, Genki offers a communal setting to encourage the creation of community and connection.
Just as a power grid requires connection to a source of energy, humans also derive energy from connection. For us, creating connection and rapport with others is an essential ingredient in the healthfulness experienced in one’s life.

We are located on Level 2 of The Laundry Building, 58 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn.
The premise can be accessed from Surrey Crescent or Great North Road (entrance at 673 Great North Road).

Yes, we have both male and female changing rooms.

We have limited off-street parking available. This is located on the lower side of the building and is most easily accessed from the building’s right of way adjacent to 673 Great North Road.
